Pediatric Dentist

We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join a busy and caring Pediatric Dentistry practice focused on delivering exceptional oral healthcare for children and adolescents. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with young patients, creating positive dental experiences, and providing high-quality treatment in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has completed a Pediatric Dental Residency and brings advanced clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. Experience with Sedation Dentistry is essential for this position, as the role includes managing the comfort and safety of pediatric patients who may require behavioral support or sedation-based treatment planning. A calm, reassuring manner and the ability to build trust with both children and their families are key qualities for success in this setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating oral health conditions in pediatric patients; performing preventive, restorative, and emergency procedures; and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure efficient, compassionate care. The specialist should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong commitment to patient safety.

This full-time position offers a structured 3 or 4 day per week schedule that includes a 1-hour lunch break. The practice places a high value on teamwork, communication, and consistency, and the selected candidate will be joining a dedicated staff that supports one another in providing exceptional care to every patient.
