Dental Assistant Job in Arlington, TX

We are a private practice dental office and are
looking for an experienced Team Player! We are primarily a Fee For Service/PPO office with 1 full time doctor and 2 dental hygienists. We do a great deal of prostho, endo, and dental implants.

IRA with company matching. Paid Holidays and paid time off after probationary period.

We need a personable, upbeat, outgoing dental assistant for our team.

• At least 2 years dental experience is required. Ideally, the individual
should be able to help communicate with the team members at the front. The candidate does will need to be able to understand and explain procedures to patients.

The candidate MUST:

• Be proficient in fabricating temporaries and adjusting crowns.

• Have experience taking DIGITAL X-rays (placement of sensor, patient
comfort)

• Understand dentistry and be able to answer patient questions regarding
the treatment plan

• Be able to adapt quickly and place patient comfort and convenience first

• Be friendly and and polite to ALL patients

• Be able to initiate conversation with patients and put patients as ease.

• Be flexible and team player and have a strong commitment to detail.

• Display Accountability Characteristics -- Ability to get the job done!

• Be Registered with the state of Texas

Our office opened 13 years ago and we are located in north Arlington. We area private office and take pride in taking care of our patients. We have a total of 6 OPs (2 for hygiene). Our team consists of 3 awesome ladies at the front and 4 of the best assistants in DFW. We also have two amazing hygienists that help take care of our patients. We use OpenDental Software and have a CBCT. The practice is primarily bread and butter dentistry with implant and cosmetic cases as well.
