Front Desk Receptionist

Join Our Team at a Leading Dental Practice!

Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for helping others? We are seeking a dedicated front office professional to join our vibrant dental team. Our practice specializes in General Dentistry, Orthodontics, and operates in a multi-doctor environment, serving patients with PPO and private insurance plans.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and addressing insurance inquiries. An understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning is essential, as is your ability to maintain a bubbly personality while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.

Our ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of front office experience within a dental setting and display excellent teamwork and multitasking abilities, thriving in a high-volume environment. You will have access to essential personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, face shields, and various masks, ensuring a safe workspace for you and your colleagues.

Additionally, enjoy a well-deserved 1-hour lunch break during your busy day and the convenience of parking available in the lot behind our office.
