Front Office/ Treatment Coordinator

We are a small, privately owned dental practice located in the Greenway Plaza area, dedicated to providing honest, quality dentistry with integrity. Our team takes pride in fostering a positive work environment and is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to enhance our operations.
In this full-time role, you will be the backbone of our practice, supporting both our patients and staff. Your responsibilities will include managing appointment scheduling through Eaglesoft, handling patient inquiries, presenting treatment, and ensuring smooth front office operations. Our practice caters to various patient demographics, including those on Medicaid, PPO, and private plans.
The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of relevant experience and exhibit exceptional multi-tasking abilities. A friendly demeanor, punctuality, and a strong work ethic as a team player are essential attributes we are looking for. We offer competitive benefits, including PTO, medical coverage, and 401K.
Working hours are from 7 AM to 3 PM, with Mondays designated for administrative tasks from 9 AM to 1 PM. We provide necessary personal protective equipment to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. We take pride in our work and in creating a happy and rewarding environment for our team. We are fully digital and use CEREC CAD/CAM dentistry. We have great hours from 7am-3pm except for Mondays which are admin days from 9am-1pm. Benefits are offered. We have a great team and work well together.
