We are seeking an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our dynamic team at Q & A Dental Care. Your role will be crucial in helping us maintain our commitment to excellence and ensure our patients leave with a smile on their faces.

Job Description:

As an EFDA at Q & A Dental Care, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and collaborate with a friendly, supportive team of dental professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures, including implants and same-day crowns, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Preparing treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Conducting patient assessments and maintaining accurate patient records.
Educating patients on post-treatment care.
Communicating effectively with the front office regarding procedures performed and patient scheduling needs.
Fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every patient feels comfortable and relaxed.
Team Collaboration & Cleanliness: You'll work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized environment, contributing to a safe and pleasant experience for both patients and staff.

Qualifications:

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification.
CPR certification.
A positive and friendly personality with a strong focus on patient care.

Proficiency in dental software and technology.

Q & A Dental Care is a private practice owned by Doctor Montgomery. We opened our doors in Macedonia, Ohio on October 5, 2020. We have a beautiful, state of the art facility with modern technology including CBCT and Cerec. We do not participate in Medicaid or managed care plans. We use open dental as a practice management software. We are an office that works together as a team and has fun while we are doing it!
