We are seeking a bright, motivated, and talented Treatment Plan Coordinator and Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!

The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting patients, introducing them to our office, coordinating treatment services, and building lasting patient relationships.

Ideal candidates will:

Be friendly, personable, and professional

Have at least 2 years of administrative experience

Be proficient in Dentrix

Have strong communication and customer service skills

Be confident with treatment plan presentation and finalization

Have a passion for delivering a great patient experience

Full-Time Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance verification

Claim submission

Importing insurance payments

Treatment planning

Collections

Patient scheduling
