Full Time Hygienist Position

A fun, growing, and beautiful dental practice in Melissa, Texas is seeking a dedicated dental hygienist to join our team as we continue to expand and meet the needs of our increasing new patient volume. Established in April 2019, our office currently includes three full-time hygienists and three doctors, creating a supportive and collaborative environment for professionals who enjoy working in a busy, patient-centered setting.

This 4 day workweek position is ideal for candidates who value quality care, strong teamwork, and a wide range of clinical experience. Hours are 8AM-5PM Monday through Wednesday, and 8AM-3:30PM on Fridays. Thursdays are off days for hygiene team.

In this role, you will see one patient at a time and typically spend 1–2 hours with each patient, allowing you to provide thorough and attentive care. A 1-hour lunch break is provided during the workday. The office uses Dentrix practice management software, and team members are expected to be comfortable navigating digital systems in a modern clinical setting.
