Full Time Dental Hygienist

In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive care and support the delivery of outstanding dental services across a busy, well-organized practice. Responsibilities include performing thorough prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing as appropriate, taking diagnostic radiographs, and documenting clinical findings accurately. You will also educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, treatment recommendations, and the importance of preventive care in maintaining long-term dental health.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and confident in communicating with patients and colleagues. Strong clinical judgment, excellent chairside manner, and the ability to work effectively with multiple doctors are essential. A commitment to maintaining a calm, reassuring environment while delivering efficient, high-level care is highly valued. Experience in a general dentistry setting is preferred, along with the ability to manage a full schedule while maintaining quality and consistency.
