Candidate should be willing to be cross trained as an administrative assistant. 2-3 years of
dental experience is necessary.

Duties,
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Managing office calendars and coordinating appointments
- Assisting with document preparation, editing, and formatting
- Providing administrative support to staff member,-Assisting dentist during dental procedures
as needed

- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling calls professionally
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Experience as a Dental receptionist or in a similar role
- Familiarity with dental scheduling software such as Dentrix
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24– 30 per week
