Dental Hygienist

We’re a small, family-friendly dental practice dedicated to providing the highest level of care in a welcoming environment. Our team takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they arrive. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our general practice four days per week.

This is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Wednesday and Friday. The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break, and parking is available on site for added convenience. We value quality over quantity and provide a patient-focused pace that allows you to deliver thoughtful, thorough care. You will see one patient at a time, typically spending 1 hour and 15 minutes with new patients and 1 hour with recare patients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and be comfortable working in a modern, efficient dental office. Strong clinical and communication skills are essential, along with a professional, team-oriented attitude. We are looking for someone who is confident, reliable, and committed to helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health.

Responsibilities include performing prophylaxis, periodontal screening, scaling and root planing, ultrasonic scaling, and gingivitis treatment. You will also provide oral hygiene instruction, fluoride treatment, irrigation agents as needed, and pediatric hygiene care when appropriate. Additional duties include dental charting, patient records management, patient recall, and use of digital X-rays. Experience with intraoral cameras, Cavitron, Dentrix Ascend, and Carestream is highly valued. Local anesthesia administration and CPR certification are also important qualifications for this role.
