We are seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator (minimum 5 years) to guide patients from consultation to case acceptance by clearly presenting treatment plans, discussing financial options, and building trust.
Candidates must have strong experience in general dentistry, including dental implants, full-arch cases, dentures, and restorative treatments, and be confident presenting high-value cases.

Requirements (Must-Have):
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
• Strong experience with:
• Dental implants (Single, All-on-4, Snap-on dentures)
• Periodontal treatments
• Removable dentures
• Restorative treatments (crowns, bridges)
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
• Experience with in-house financing and third-party financing (e.g., CareCredit)
• Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance estimates, and coverage breakdowns
• Experience with OpenDental or similar dental software

Key Responsibilities:
• Present and explain treatment plans clearly following clinical consultations
• Educate patients on procedures including implants, dentures, crowns, extractions, and cosmetic treatments
• Build trust and rapport to improve case acceptance
• Discuss fees, insurance estimates, and financing options confidently
• Coordinate scheduling for accepted treatments with the front office
• Follow up with patients who have pending or unscheduled treatment
• Track case acceptance, production, and patient communication accurately
• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality at all times

• Hourly pay (based on experience)
