We’re seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Patient
Coordinator to join our growing dental team! The ideal candidate is professional,
patient-focused, and passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every
person who visits our office.
Key Responsibilities of our Patient Coordinator:
Provide outstanding patient service with empathy and professionalism
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Assist with check-out procedures and collect copayments
Maintain a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
Other responsibilities as assigned
What do we need from you?
Bilingual - Spanish and English (Required)
1+ years of dental/medical front office experience (Required)
2+ years of customer service experience (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Experience with ThriveCloud is a plus!
We are offering a full-time schedule:
Monday: 10am–5pm
Tuesday: 10am–6pm
Wednesday: 11am–5pm
Thursday: 11am–7pm
Friday: 9am–5pm
*Occasional Saturday half-days (once per quarter) for implant patients*
