Join Our Growing Dental Practice as a Part-Time Dental Hygienist

We are a thriving, solo doctor private dental practice that is dedicated to providing exemplary patient care and education. Our office is well-equipped with the latest in dental technology, including laser-assisted bacterial reduction, iTero scanning, and air polishing. As we expand our hygiene department and enhance our healthy re-care program, we are searching for a motivated and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team.

In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and team-oriented environment. We value collaboration and are looking for someone who is willing to help others while maintaining a focus on patient care. Our ideal candidate is passionate about dental hygiene, enthusiastic about patient education, and possesses the technical skills necessary to provide high-quality care.

The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

- Conducting oral examinations and screenings, including oral cancer and periodontal screenings.
- Perform ultrasonic scaling, prophy, scaling and root planing, and calculus removal.
- Administering fluoride treatments and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
- Assisting in patient recall and scheduling.
- Utilizing advanced technology such as digital X-rays, iTero, and intraoral cameras.

Candidates must be CPR certified and proficient in Dentrix and DEXIS software. Special certifications in nitrous oxide monitoring and air polishing are required, while laser certification is highly desirable.

We pride ourselves on creating a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for both our team and patients. Our hygienists see one patient at a time, spending approximately 50 minutes with each patient to ensure thorough and individualized care. Additionally, we provide personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
