Are you an experienced dental hygienist seeking a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility, independence, and the chance to thrive in a fast-growing environment? If so, we invite you to consider joining our dental family at Hart Dental Hygiene.
Hart Dental Hygiene is an independent dental hygiene practice based in the Belmont Dental Center, where we have established a strong reputation over the past five years. We pride ourselves on our multi-specialty approach and the supportive relationship with a general dentist located in-house for exams and referrals. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an independent hygienist to help facilitate our growing patient base.
As an independent hygienist, you will enjoy the liberty to design your own schedule and patient template, allowing you to see two patients (staggered) at a time in separate rooms. You are given ample time with 1.5 hours allocated for new patients and SRPs, and 1 hour for recall visits. This structure gives you the freedom to cultivate lasting relationships with your patients, essential for retention and trust.
We provide everything you need to succeed, including comprehensive admin support, a dental assistant to assist you, and all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), new instruments and equipment. You’ll be working with Open Dental software, ensuring a smooth operational workflow.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and possess a mindset of growth and becoming business owner. You should be comfortable leading your assistant, influencing the patient experience, and taking ownership of your schedule and clinical care. This role offers you the unique opportunity to build a great hygiene practice with full autonomy, all while benefitting from health insurance, a 401k, and the potential to earn uncapped commission at 35% of net production.
