Patient Relations Coordinator/Dental Assistant when needed
Join our dynamic team at a privately owned, comprehensive dentistry practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care! We are seeking a motivated Front Office professional to support our growing practice. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience, managing appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks while embodying our commitment to comfort and excellence.
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience, preferably with four-handed assistant training, to better understand our dental procedures and assist where necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Open Dental is essential. You'll help create a welcoming atmosphere for our patients—viewing them as individuals rather than just a set of teeth is essential to our philosophy.
As part of our team, you’ll enjoy full-time hours with a schedule of hours from Tuesday through Friday, along with occasional additional Mondays. We provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off (PTO), continuing education reimbursement, and competitive compensation based on experience, ranging from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour.
