Join Our Team as a Dental Assistant!

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated dental assistant to join our friendly team in a well-established, two-doctor private practice located in the Mallard Creek/University area of Charlotte. Since our inception in 1997, we have prioritized exceptional patient care in a laid-back environment, serving patients of all ages with a primary focus on adults.

In this full-time role, you will be a 3rd floating assistant. Primary roles will be in aiding in perio charting and sterilization. You will be responsible for providing chairside assistance when needed , taking diagnostic impressions, and conducting digital X-rays independently. To succeed in this position, you should possess at least one year of chairside experience and be proficient in using Dentrix, DEXIS, and digital radiography tools. Familiarity with intraoral cameras and handheld X-ray unit(VaTech) preferably.

Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively with patients, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail will be key to contributing to our welcoming practice atmosphere. As a cross-trained team member, you may also have the opportunity to assist with schedule management during downtime.
