Registered Dental Assistant

We are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join our dedicated and compassionate team serving families and surrounding communities. This role supports a modern, multi-specialty practice offering general dentistry, pedodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, Medicaid, PPO, corporate, and multi-doctor care.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and a strong commitment to creating a positive patient experience. You should be able to maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and office standards while demonstrating active listening and excellent communication skills. A calm, caring approach is essential, especially when supporting patients with dental anxiety or phobias.

Responsibilities include assisting chairside, preparing treatment areas, maintaining PPE and infection control standards, and helping ensure each visit is comfortable and efficient. Our office uses advanced technology and values team members who are adaptable, dependable, and compassionate.

This opening is available because the current dental assistant is on maternity leave. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO accrued from day one, and a monthly incentive program. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.

Team members receive a 1-hour lunch break, except on Fridays. Parking is available on the Kids’ Korral side of the building. Available PPE includes disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
