We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our thriving pediatric and orthodontic dental practice. As a OM, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our young patients and their families.
In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of our pediatric and orthodontic practice to ensure clinical efficiency, financial effectiveness, and an exceptional patient experience.
As the Practice Administrator, you will supervise support staff, implement and enforce operational protocols, manage budgets, and ensure the team upholds our patient-first philosophy. You will work closely with the Director of Operations to drive practice growth through operational improvements, KPI management, marketing initiatives, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant practice workflows
Supervise and support front and back office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
Ensure adherence to clinical and administrative policies and protocols
Manage practice budget, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Lead conflict resolution efforts and maintain high standards of customer service
Collaborate with leadership on business development and marketing strategies
Enhance the patient experience through service excellence and process improvements
Qualifications:
1+ years of dental office management experience (pedodontics a plus)
1+ years of orthodontic experience
1+ years of dental experience: orthodontic treatment coordinator
Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus
Knowledge of Wave Ortho software is a plus
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and dental practice management systems
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines
Experience with budget management and goal tracking
Effective and equitable conflict resolution skills
