Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time

Blush Dental Orthodontics & Implants is looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are preferred.

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM
Full-time position
Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions
Chart treatment and maintain accurate patient records
Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient
Work collaboratively with the front office and clinical team

Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Current X-ray certification (if required by state)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
