Team Dental is seeking a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Swedesboro practice. This role is ideal for a patient-focused professional with dental office experience who can confidently support treatment coordination and patient communication.
Schedule
Part-time
Tuesday–Thursday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No late nights
Pay
$24–$28 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Present treatment plans and educate patients on procedures
Review insurance estimates and patient balances
Coordinate care between providers and front desk
Support case acceptance and follow-through
Maintain accurate documentation and patient communication
Deliver a positive patient experience
Requirements
Previous experience in a dental office required
Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment planning
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and professional
