We are a thriving Prosthodontist implant specialty office currently looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to enhance our patient experience and optimize our practice operations. This full-time position is perfect for individuals with a robust background in sales, patient conversion, and multitasking.

As part of our dynamic team, your primary responsibility will include converting consultations into scheduled treatments while effectively communicating financing options to our patients. You will efficiently manage patient records and treatment plans using Dentrix software and Go High Level CRM, ensuring a seamlessly organized workflow.

Key responsibilities include utilizing your sales expertise to meet monthly treatment goals, tracking incoming leads, and producing insightful marketing reports. You will also need to juggle multiple tasks, address patient inquiries, and follow up on any missed consultations to encourage rescheduling.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of treatment coordinating experience, strong phone empathy, and excellent multitasking skills.
