Full-Time General Dentist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time general dentist to join a multi-specialty dental practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for a clinician who values high standards, enjoys working collaboratively, and is motivated to grow professionally while serving a diverse patient population.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and a strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry. You should be confident in providing preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care while also supporting more advanced treatment needs within a multi-specialty setting. A patient-centered approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality are essential.
Responsibilities include performing dental examinations, developing and presenting treatment plans, and delivering thorough patient education. Daily clinical duties may involve prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, composite restorations, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, root canal therapy, endodontic procedures, periodontal treatment, and restorative dentistry. Additional responsibilities may include oral cancer screenings, local anesthesia, nitrous oxide administration, surgical extractions, bone grafting, implant restoration, restoring implants, and management of TMJ disorders.
The right candidate will be comfortable using digital and traditional tools, including Eaglesoft, intraoral cameras, iTero, Schick, and digital and film x-rays. Strong charting, patient records management, scheduling coordination, and sterile procedure protocols are also important. Experience with four-handed dentistry, desensitization, calculus removal, Arestin therapy, bleaching, and oral hygiene instruction is highly valued. Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative spirit to the team. CPR certification is required. Success in this role depends on your ability to work efficiently, communicate clearly with patients and staff, and contribute to a positive clinical environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to practice high-quality care, expand clinical skills, and be part of a dedicated team that values respect, learning, and excellence in patient service.
