Passionate Dental Hygienist Needed
LOCATION
Albuquerque, NMWe are seeking a motivated, patient-focused dental professional to join our growing general practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative clinical environment, values quality care, and is eager to build strong relationships with patients and team members alike.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive care and support the overall efficiency of the dental office. Daily responsibilities include performing routine cleanings, taking and processing dental radiographs as permitted, reviewing patient health histories, documenting findings accurately, and assisting with periodontal assessments and hygiene treatment planning. You will work with two patients at a time in separate rooms and typically spend 30 minutes to 1 hour with each patient, allowing you to deliver thoughtful, personalized care.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a calm and professional chairside manner. Since this is a general practice, you should be prepared to work with patients of all ages and treatment needs, while communicating clearly and compassionately. A college-level education is expected, and 0–2 years of experience is preferred, making this a great opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career dental hygienist looking to grow.
We offer a supportive work environment with a 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break, on-site parking, and the personal protective equipment needed to help you work safely, including face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Our benefits package includes sick leave, PTO, holiday pay, and dental benefits. Compensation for this position is $40–$50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
