Client Concierge / Treatment Coordinator

Help people smile with confidence, before they ever sit in the dental chair.
At brush365, exceptional dental care starts with exceptional people. We're
looking for someone who enjoys helping others, builds relationships naturally,
and brings calm and clarity to patients during important healthcare decisions.
You'll guide patients through their treatment journey, explain
recommendations in everyday language, review financial options, coordinate
appointments, and help every patient feel informed and supported.

What You'll Be Doing
● Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
● Review treatment recommendations in language patients understand.
● Discuss insurance estimates, financing, and payment options.
● Coordinate treatment schedules that work for patients and providers.
● Follow up with patients who still need recommended care.
● Partner with doctors and teammates to create an exceptional patient
experience.
● Maintain accurate documentation and protect the patient journey.

What Were Looking For
Were more interested in finding the right person than someone who has held
this exact title before. If youe organized, compassionate, coachable,
dependable, and communicate with confidence, well provide the training you
need to succeed. Experience in dentistry, healthcare, customer service,
insurance, or treatment coordination is helpful, but not required.
