Join our dedicated team at a vibrant full-service dental practice in San Marcos/North San Diego, CA, where our focus is on the Complete Health of our patients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to support our mission of empowering patients and promoting health through exceptional dental care.
As a valued member of our multi-specialty team, you will be instrumental in providing superior care across various disciplines, including General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, and Endodontics. We pride ourselves on nurturing a collaborative environment that fosters growth and learning.
Ideal candidates will possess RDA skills, be CPR Certified, and have at least one year of experience. Proficiency in Digital Radiography, and other essential techniques is highly preferred. You will enjoy a 1-hour lunch break and benefit from competitive pay, with hourly rates ranging from $29 to $35, along with generous PTO, dental benefits, a 401(k), and bonus opportunities.
