Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our modern, fee-for-service dental practice in North Austin. This is a Part-time or full-time opportunity for someone who values quality care, strong team culture, and a well-organized work environment.
Our practice focuses on delivering high-quality dental care with the latest technology. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient education and periodontal health. You will work closely with the doctor and team to provide exceptional care in a supportive and professional setting.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal charting, and assessments
Identify and communicate treatment needs to support case acceptance
Take and review digital X-rays and other diagnostic information
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in Open dental
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and long-term treatment goals
Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols
Provide a comfortable, high-quality patient experience at every visit
Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
Compensation & Benefits:
~$60/hour plus a $5,000 signing bonus!!
~Monthly bonus opportunity (production & performance-based)
~Part-time or Full-time schedule (but no weekends)

Requirements:
*Active Registered Dental Hygienist license (Texas)
*Strong communication and patient education skills
*Solid understanding of periodontal disease and hygiene protocols
*Knowledge of infection control standards and clinical documentation
*Previous dental office experience preferred
