We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) dental Front Desk Receptionist who is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care.

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour – Part-time
About Us: Dentarts Implants | Prosthodontics is a modern, wellness-centered dental specialty office located in Sienna, Missouri City—just 20 minutes from Pearland, Manvel, and Sugar Land. We provide high-quality dental care in a welcoming environment using advanced technology and a patient-first approach. We're looking for a dependable and friendly Dental Front Office to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage patient scheduling
Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with billing
Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Support day-to-day office operations and assist clinical team as needed
Handle payments, treatment plan coordination, and follow-up calls
Qualifications — Required:
Prior experience working at a dental front desk (patient check-in/out, scheduling, phones)
Hands-on experience with dental insurance billing — verifying benefits, submitting claims, posting payments, and following up on outstanding claims
Proficiency with Open Dental practice management software
Bilingual in Spanish
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service experience
Knowledge of dental terminology
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a background check
Schedule:
Part-time: Monday–Wednesday–Friday
No more than 36 hours per week
