Treatment coordinator

LOCATION
Bellevue, WA

We are seeking a dependable, friendly front office team member for a full-time position in a General and Cosmetic Dentistry practice. Our multi-doctor office serves PPO and private patients in a warm team environment where we value strong relationships with both our patients and one another. We are looking for a genuine person who shares our commitment to respect, integrity, and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a dental office and a high school education. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a positive personality, a team-oriented mindset, fluency in English, and flexibility with time. Bonus if you can speak Chinese.

This role requires familiarity with Dentrix, DEXIS, Intraoral Camera, iTero, Oryx, and experience supporting services such as Implants, Invisalign, Cosmetic Dentistry, Crowns/Assisting, Temporary Crown Fabrication, Zoom Whitening, and Chair Side Assistance. Comfort working in a busy general dental setting is important.

We offer a fixed one-hour lunch break, parking available in the parking lot, and PPE including face shields, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Benefits include insurance and PTO. Compensation is an hourly rate.
