Chairside dental assistant
LOCATION
Owosso, MIJoin our small, efficient general dental office where we treat our patients like family! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant who is ready to be an integral part of our growing practice. In this full-time position, you will actively assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery, while ensuring patient comfort and care.
Ideal candidates will possess a solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures, with skills such as alginate impressions, dental charting, and sterilization techniques. Experience with digital and film X-rays, CPR certification, and chairside assistance in restorative procedures will be greatly valued.
We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18 to $30, depending on experience and work ethic, along with benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, discounted dental treatment, a Simple IRA, and opportunities for continuing education. Our office is equipped with essential personal protective equipment (PPE), including goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, ensuring a safe working environment.
Office hours are M 9:30 to 6:00, T 8:30 to 6:00, TH 8:30 to 5:00 and F 8:30 to 2:00.
