Unique second-generation private practice seeking an exceptional RDA

A part-time opportunity is available for an experienced dental assistant in a general, multi-doctor, private practice dedicated to delivering exceptional restorative and cosmetic care. This role supports a warm, patient-focused team committed to health, function, and esthetics through high-quality dentistry for all ages.

Responsibilities include chair-side assistance, four-handed dentistry, fabricating temporaries, patient care, customer service, alginate impressions, instrument sterilization, and strict infection control procedures. The ideal candidate will be confident assisting with a variety of restorative and cosmetic treatments while helping maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming clinical environment.

We are seeking someone with 2–5 years of experience and an active RDA credential. A strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a professional, compassionate approach to patient care are essential. This position requires the ability to work well with multiple doctors and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.

The practice maintains a strong commitment to safety and provides disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to support infection-control standards.
