Scheduling Coordinator – Full-Time
Location: Clearwater, FL

Join our dynamic, patient-focused dental practice located in the heart of Clearwater. We are a busy, fee-for-service office specializing in sedation, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and creating a welcoming first impression for every patient.

Position Overview:
As one of the first points of contact for our patients, the Scheduling Coordinator is vital to ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role involves managing the daily schedule, supporting clinical staff, and contributing to the overall efficiency and friendliness of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the providers’ schedules to maximize productivity
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
Welcome and check in/check out patients in a professional and friendly manner
Verify and input insurance benefits accurately
Collaborate with the dental and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy protocols

Qualifications:
1–2 years of front desk or administrative experience
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to contribute daily to our team dynamic
Proficient in handling multi-line phone systems and scheduling across multiple calendars

Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
