Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Dentist to join our team at Roosevelt Family Dental. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dental practice, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care. There is one Dentist in-office per shift, two assistants and two Hygienists

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and procedures.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with dental team members to ensure optimal patient care.
Stay updated with proven dental practices and systems.
Uphold the core values of efficiency, excellence, friendliness, and ownership in every patient interaction.

Qualifications:

Valid Dental License in Texas.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental practice.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
