Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused dental professional to support our general and PPO family owned practice in a full-time role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and will help ensure a smooth, efficient experience for both patients and providers.

Responsibilities include assisting chairside during a variety of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, taking and recording dental charting and patient charting, and supporting infection control standards throughout the office. Additional duties may include instrument sterilization, taking vital signs, providing oral hygiene instruction, and helping educate patients on recommended care. Experience with air polishing, cavitron, ultrasonic scaling, coronal polishing, gingivitis treatment, chlorhexidine, and X-rays - digital is highly valued. Familiarity with CAD/CAM, Dentrix, DEXIS, and intraoral camera systems is preferred.

The right candidate will have strong communication skills, be bilingual, and demonstrate excellent patient care with attention to detail. A solid understanding of dental terminology, patient education, and chart management is important. High school education or equivalent required.

For safety and compliance, the office provides disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in supporting quality dental care and enjoys working as part of a professional team.
