Position Overview: As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients understand their treatment plans and financial options while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in surgical, pediatric, and orthodontic dentistry, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

** Educate patients about their treatment plans, ensuring they fully understand procedures, costs, and timelines.
** Coordinate and schedule treatments efficiently, maximizing the provider’s productivity.
Verify insurance coverage and provide detailed financial consultations, including presenting payment options.
** Maintain accurate patient records and ensure seamless communication between patients, providers, and staff.
** Foster positive relationships with patients to encourage trust and loyalty.

Qualifications:

** Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a dental office.
** Familiarity with surgical, pediatric, and orthodontic procedures.
** Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.).
** Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
** Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic team-oriented environment.
** Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required.
