Dental Assistant - FULL TIME

We are a growing general dental practice seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time position with a set schedule in Plano Texas, supporting our doctor(s) and hygiene and teams.

We are looking for someone with 1–2 years of dental assisting experience who is organized, friendly, team-oriented, and committed to creating an excellent experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparing treatment rooms and operatories for procedures
- Sterilizing instruments and following infection-control protocols
- Taking and accurately recording patient information
- Assisting dentists and hygienists during procedures
- Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories
- Helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
- Supporting efficient clinical flow and working collaboratively with both office teams

Our ideal candidate:
- Has 1–2 years of experience in a dental setting
- Is dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Communicates well with patients and team members
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced general dentistry environment
- Is willing and able to work a set schedule between our Flower Mound and Denton locations
- Is committed to teamwork, patient comfort, and high-quality care

Compensation: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
