As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll be the heartbeat of our front office—greeting guests with a smile, keeping schedules running smoothly, and helping create a stress-free healthcare experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist patients with their needs
Verify insurance information and update patient records
Coordinate patient communications, reminders, and follow-ups
Keep the front office organized, efficient, and inviting
Work closely with providers and team members to ensure exceptional patient care
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare, medical offices, dental practices, or customer service is a plus
Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
