Full/Part Time RDA
LOCATION
Baytown, TXWe are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join a welcoming, patient-focused dental office that provides exceptional care in a warm, family-oriented environment. Our practice includes general dentistry, pedodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and multi-specialty care, serving a diverse mix of multi-doctor, Medicaid, PPO, and private patients. We take pride in making every patient and team member feel at home while delivering the best dental experience from arrival through departure.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, an active RDA license, and proficiency with Eaglesoft. Bi-lingual skills are a plus, but not required. This role is best suited for someone who is dependable, professional, and passionate about helping patients feel comfortable in a supportive setting. Cross-training is not required.
A 1-hour lunch break is provided. We prioritize safety and provide disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
Compensation is $18–$22/hour, depending on experience and skill set. Benefits include paid holidays and vacation/sick days after the probationary period, a 401(k) option after 1 year, free cleanings, and discounted dental treatment.
