Compensation
We believe outstanding performance should be recognized.
Our compensation includes a competitive hourly wage plus a structured monthly bonus program based on measurable performance—not subjective evaluations.
Bonuses reward team members who consistently:

With consistency and successful completion of training, our assistants typically earn the equivalent of $23–$26 per hour through base pay and monthly performance bonuses.
What You'll Do
You'll work closely with Dr. Moncada in providing exceptional patient care while helping maintain the organized systems that make our practice successful.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing treatment rooms efficiently
Taking high-quality digital radiographs
Fabricating temporary crowns
Isolation and cord packing
Sterilization and infection control
Maintaining fully stocked operatories
Assisting during restorative and specialty procedures
Supporting smooth patient flow
Reinforcing treatment recommendations and next appointments
Helping create an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of U.S. dental assisting experience
Strong radiographic skills
Experience fabricating temporary crowns
Comfortable using dental software
English required
Spanish preferred
