Are you a motivated and enthusiastic dental hygienist ready to make a real difference in a patient-centered environment? We are a female-led private dental practice located in beautiful Bucks County, seeking a part-time dental hygienist to join our small but mighty team. This is an exciting opportunity for both seasoned professionals and those just starting their careers!
In our practice, we prioritize quality over quantity. You will have the chance to develop meaningful relationships with patients, as our approach allows you to see one patient at a time, typically spending an average of 45 minutes with each individual. You will perform essential duties such as taking digital x-rays and scheduling patients for recare appointments, ensuring that each patient receives exceptional care tailored to their needs.
We value our team members and strive to create an environment that fosters collaboration and support. Our office is equipped with comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety and comfort while providing care, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, regular masks, and optional hair covers. Enjoy free onsite parking and a 15-minute paid lunch break to recharge during your shifts.
In our practice, we also believe in ongoing education and team bonding, which is why we conduct CPR training as a group and offer some continuing education courses together—totally paid for by us.
As a part of our team, you will receive competitive compensation at $350 per day, along with a wellness bonus and commission opportunities. In addition to your role, you’ll also enjoy benefits including dental care and exclusive access to Botox treatments.
