Family Dental Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing private practice. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a modern, team-oriented environment and are looking for a dentist who shares our passion for clinical excellence.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive exams and general dental procedures, including restorations, crowns, and extractions.
Diagnose dental conditions and present treatment plans with confidence and professionalism.
Maintain accurate clinical records while following HIPAA and infection control standards.
Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active dental license in good standing.
1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong communication, clinical, and patient relationship skills.
Compensation:
Guaranteed base of $800–$1,000 per day, transitioning to 30% of production based on performance and practice growth.
Schedule
Wednesday & Thursday (2 days per week)
Opportunity to expand to additional days.
