We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our female-led private practice in Bucks County. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your skills and dedication will be valued. Ideal candidates will be team players, passionate about patient care, and comfortable with a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our patients.
At our practice, we prioritize patient-centered care by ensuring each patient receives personalized attention. As the new Dental Hygienist, you will see one patient at a time, spending an average of 45 minutes per appointment. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, taking digital x-rays, and scheduling patients for their recare appointments. We believe in empowering our team members, and your expertise will be crucial in fostering a positive experience for patients.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in dental hygiene and is encouraged to demonstrate proficiency in digital x-ray technology. We welcome applicants of all experience levels; whether you are an emerging professional or have years of experience, you will find a supportive environment here.
Our practice is equipped with top-notch personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety and the safety of our patients. This includes disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, regular masks, and optional hair covers. We believe the well-being of our team is paramount, which is why we provide a structured schedule that includes a 15-minute paid lunch break, allowing you to recharge during your shift.
To ensure continued professional development, our team engages in group CPR training and participates in continuing education courses, all of which are covered by the practice.
