The Role
We are seeking a reliable individual with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences. This is not just an administrative role; you are the architect of the patient experience, ensuring every interaction—from the first phone call to the final checkout—is handled with grace and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage patient check-in and check-out procedures with enthusiasm and professionalism
Schedule appointments accordingly
Collect payments and handle collections with accuracy and attention to detail
assist with follow- up , hygeine recare, unscheduled treatment
Support front desk operations by coordinating patient intake forms, and managing appointmenr eminders
Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth office flow an d effectie communication regarding patient care plans
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in a dental setting
Candidate must be fluent in English
Profiency in dental terminology
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasts efficiently
Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to speak professionally with patients, specialists, and labs.
Proficiency in dental management software (e.g., Dentrix,).
Experience in record management and appointment scheduling.
Scheduling for our multispecialty team, ensuring effective provider time and smooth transitions between general and specialty care.
