General dentist in a private PPO office in Bayside Queens

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join our growing team as we open a new location. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a general dentist who values high-quality patient care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is excited to help establish a new practice location from the ground up.

Our practice serves a diverse patient base and focuses on General, PPO, and Private dental care. The ideal candidate will be confident in providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages while maintaining a strong commitment to clinical excellence, professionalism, and patient education. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to a positive, modern, and team-oriented practice culture.

Responsibilities include performing thorough examinations, diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans. The dentist will provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic services, along with routine procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and other standard general dentistry treatments. A strong emphasis should be placed on educating patients about oral health, treatment options, and long-term maintenance.

The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment and eager to support the success of a newly opening location. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-first mindset are essential. We are looking for someone who can work effectively with a dedicated support team and help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through the door.

Qualifications include a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, an active dental license, and the ability to provide high-quality care in a general dentistry setting. Experience with PPO and private patient populations is preferred. A commitment to continuing education and staying current with best practices in dentistry is highly valued.
