Treatment Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in treatment planning and insurance verification. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

Verifying insurance
Entering treatment into patient's charts
Printing and reviewing treatment plans with patients
Reviewing and signing consent forms
Filling the doctor's schedule during their available hours
Sitting in on exams with the doctors
Discussing financial options with patients
Applying for financial assistance with patients
Setting up payment plans
Collecting down payments at the time of scheduling
Discussing balances with patients
Working Hours

Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an hour-long lunch break.

Compensation

We offer a competitive pay rate of $23-27 per hour.
