Our established dental practice, serving families of all ages for over 40 years, is seeking a dedicated part-time dental hygienist to join our team. Since our ownership change in 2020, we have maintained our commitment to providing top-notch dental care while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and patients.

In our fee-for-service and PPO practice, you will have the chance to work one-on-one with patients, allowing you to deliver personalized care tailored to individual needs. We pride ourselves on a collaborative working environment where every team member contributes to the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and scaling and root planing using both manual and ultrasonic techniques.
- Conduct detailed oral cancer screenings, gingivitis screenings, and periodontal assessments.
- Provide vital instructions on oral hygiene and health, ensuring patients understand the importance of preventive care.
- Apply pit and fissure sealants and participate in Arestin Therapy as needed.
- Collaborate in treatment planning to develop comprehensive care strategies for patients.

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed dental hygienist with CPR certification.
- Proficient in pediatric hygiene and experienced in periodontal treatment and screening.
- Knowledgeable in oral pathology and skilled in vital signs monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and interact with patients.

At our practice, you will enjoy seeing one patient at a time, with approximately 40 minutes dedicated to each routine appointment. While we typically coordinate lunch breaks between patients, we can provide a 30-minute lunch if needed.
