We’re looking for a skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has experience assisting in advanced procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Proficient in four-handed dentistry
Experienced with taking impressions and digital X-rays
Skilled in iTero scanning
Familiar with Invisalign workflows
Comfortable assisting in general and cosmetic procedures
Additional Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting during a wide range of treatments
Sterilization, operatory setup/breakdown
Patient education and post-op instructions
Supporting a smooth, efficient clinical flow
Office Hours:

Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation:

$20–$28 per hour, depending on experience and training
Higher pay available for advanced skills
Room for growth and long-term opportunity
Requirements:

Current RDA license in California
X-ray and CPR certified
Positive attitude, great communication skills, and a strong team player
