Our privately owned, patient-centered dental practice is on the lookout for a dedicated and friendly Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dental care through a multi-doctor, general practice framework that serves both PPO and private patients, ensuring that everyone receives personalized attention tailored to their unique needs.

As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and educating patients on effective hygiene practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental assessments, including gingivitis screenings and dental charting.
- Perform a variety of hygienic procedures, such as scaling and root planing, prophylaxis, and ultrasonic scaling.
- Administer fluoride treatments, chlorhexidine, and Arestin therapy as needed.
- Utilize advanced technology, including intraoral cameras and digital X-rays, to enhance patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while ensuring compliance with office protocols.
- Collaborate with our dental team to provide insightful patient education that fosters long-term oral health.

We provide our staff with comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment, including face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- CPR certification.
- Proficient in dental software and records management, specifically Eaglesoft and Schick.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and engage patients effectively.
