Dental Hygienist
LOCATION
Anna, TXWe are seeking a dedicated, professional dental hygienist to join our general dental practice as we continue to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, personable clinician who values long-term stability, strong patient relationships, and a supportive team environment. Our private practice has been serving the community for 14 years and is known for providing quality care in a welcoming, patient-focused setting.
The ideal candidate will be a Texas registered/licensed hygienist with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering thorough, compassionate oral health care. While 1–2 years of experience is preferred, it is not required. We are happy to train the right individual and provide ongoing support to help you succeed and feel confident in your role.
Responsibilities include performing routine dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, oral health education, charting, and assisting in the prevention and treatment of oral disease. You will work closely with the doctor and clinical team to help ensure each patient receives a high standard of care. Clear communication, clinical professionalism, and the ability to build trust with patients are important in this role.
This position is being added due to practice growth, and we are looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow and learn with us. The right candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a busy general dentistry environment while maintaining a warm and friendly approach with patients and teammates.
We offer a supportive workplace with necessary PPE provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. A 1-hour lunch break is provided, and compensation is negotiable based on experience and fit.
