We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is available due to the current dental assistant's maternity leave, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for patient care in a friendly environment.
Our practice focuses on General Dentistry and serves patients through Medicaid and PPO plans. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team by assisting with a variety of tasks, including chairside assistance, preparing and sterilizing instruments, and ensuring that our patients have a comfortable experience.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a dental setting and possess strong skills in all aspects of assisting. You will work in a well-equipped office where personal protective equipment (PPE) such as disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, and regular masks are provided to ensure safety.
You will enjoy a 30-minute lunch break during your shifts, and convenient parking is available at the front of the office. The hourly rate for this position is between $22 and $23.
