We are seeking a friendly and organized front office team member to join us full-time.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments using Dentrix, managing patient records, processing billing and insurance claims, and assisting with daily office operations. Your proficiency in Dentrix is essential for maintaining efficient workflows.
We pride ourselves on a supportive work environment and provide our team with essential personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, latex and nitrile gloves
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. This position includes a one-hour lunch break every day.
